Overview:

Oversee, supervise and evaluate team of network administrators who plan, deploy, and maintain network infrastructure, including LAN/WAN, firewalls, routers, switches, and wireless systems. Oversee the design and implementation of scalable, high-availability network architectures supporting business operations across multiple locations, including satellite offices. Manage cloud data pipelines using AWS S3 and KMS for secure storage, access, and lifecycle control of customer data.

Qualifications:

B.S. in Computer Science or related field and 2 years of experience as network administrator integrating and processing data between internal CRM platforms, including Moxy, encrypted voice systems, including Talkdesk, and external data and financing providers via encrypted API calls and secure file transfer protocols, such as SFTP, FTPS IPsec and VPN)
