Customer Care Associate

Seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Customer Care Associate to join our team. In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for our customers, ensuring their needs are addressed promptly and effectively.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely manner
  • Act as a liaison for customer claims and service-related concerns
  • Guide customers through the claims process and provide updates
  • Identify customer needs and provide accurate information, solutions, or next steps
  • Uphold company service standards and contribute to a positive customer experience
  • Document interactions and follow up to ensure resolution

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of Customer service or customer care experience preferred
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to manage multiple cases efficiently
  • Professional, empathetic, and customer-focused approach
